Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flynet Services website, Wi-Fi access, subscription plans, payment pages, customer account, and support services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. About the service
Flynet Services provides internet access packages, account tools, payment processing, subscription management, and customer support. Available packages, prices, coverage, speeds, duration, and other service features may vary by location and may be changed or withdrawn when reasonably necessary.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account, including your name, phone number, email address where requested, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Phone verification may be required. We support the phone networks and payment methods shown in the relevant form, including Safaricom numbers for M-PESA payments and OTP verification.
3. Plans, payment, and activation
You agree to pay the price displayed for the package you select. Payments may be initiated through an M-PESA prompt and are processed by the relevant payment provider. A payment is not complete until the provider and our system confirm it. We may retain payment references, receipts, amount, phone number, status, and timestamps to verify and deliver the service.
Access is normally activated after successful confirmation and may require router or network provisioning. A failed, reversed, delayed, duplicated, or incomplete payment may delay activation. Contact support with the payment reference if a confirmed payment does not activate your package. Refunds, reversals, and payment disputes are reviewed case by case and may also be subject to the payment provider's rules.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Flynet Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- use the service for fraud, harassment, unauthorised access, malware, or any criminal activity;
- interfere with the network, routers, other users, payment systems, or security controls;
- resell, share, transfer, or bypass a package unless we have expressly authorised it; or
- submit false, stolen, or unauthorised payment or account information.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, the network, payment systems, or the law. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and help resolve an error.
5. Availability and service limits
We work to keep the service available, but internet access can be affected by outages, maintenance, congestion, equipment, weather, power, third-party networks, or events outside our control. We aim to provide uninterrupted or error-free access. Package duration runs according to the plan and activation records shown by our system.
6. Promotions and support
Promotions may have additional eligibility, expiry, package, or usage conditions. We may correct an obvious pricing or promotion error. Support requests should include enough information for us to identify the account or payment, but do not send your password, M-PESA PIN, or OTP to support.
7. Intellectual property
Flynet Services and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, text, software, and other materials provided with the service. You may use them only as needed to access the service. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without permission, except where the law allows it.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, prices, plans, or features. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach, unlawful use, unpaid or reversed payment, security risk, or service closure. Rights and obligations that should reasonably continue, including payment records and dispute handling, will continue after termination.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flynet Services is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by a third-party network or payment provider, or loss caused by your equipment, misuse, or failure to protect your account. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your consumer rights under applicable law.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will try to resolve complaints directly and fairly before formal action is taken. Contact Flynet Services at 0748656239 or 0117801289, or use our contact form.
